Preparing a visa application correctly is the most important factor in the chance of acceptance. Our visa specialists list the documents needed by country and application type, check the file against consulate standards and arrange the appointment. The visa decision is made by the relevant country's consulate; our agency does not guarantee a decision.

Fees
The Schengen visa support service fee is 3,900 TRY per person, the Japan visa 4,900 TRY and e-visas (Egypt, Jordan, India etc.) 750 TRY. Consular fees and visa-centre charges are paid separately. You can buy the service on the online packages page and follow each stage of the process from the customer portal.
Timing
Schengen applications can be made at the earliest six months and at the latest 15 days before travel; in busy periods appointments are given four to six weeks ahead. For Japan and the USA the process can take three to six weeks. We therefore advise starting the visa package as soon as you choose an international tour.
